For the safety of the children and youth at Southside, all volunteers and church staff must submit either an adult application or a youth application (17 and under). Once completed, please return to the church office for review.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• be an active member of Southside Baptist Church
• complete CARE / SafeChurch video training for certification
• submit a background check (Adults only)
