Registration
Register Monday by 2 p.m. If you submit or reserve after this time, please call the church office to verify there will be availability of food for your reservation.
Instructions
Below are the dates and meals for November. Please choose according to your schedule. You can choose to fill it out for the month, or you can submit just for the upcoming week. The adult meals require a number to be placed in the box. Please enter in the comments box any special changes to your standing reservation. (i.e. 11/6: 2 meals; 11/13: 1 meal & 1 Salad, etc...)
Meal/Salad
A meal includes an entree, vegetable, roll, and dessert. The salad is a full-size chef salad with ham or turkey, egg, mix of lettuces and vegetables.
Cost
Adult Meal: $5/pp
Child (4-11): $3/pp
Child (3 and under): Free
Take-out box: $1/ea
